We accept Visa/Mastercard, U.S. bank checks (Sorry, NO personal
checks), or U.S. money orders. Payment needs to be received within
10 days of the order. A sales tax of 5.00% is added to all orders
shipped to Maryland addresses Sales tax will not be charged on
shipments to gift recipients outside Maryland.
Follow these simple instructions to purchase an item:
1. Order online via our secure server. This is the quickest and easiest way to order.

2. Email your order: Click on the CONTACT EVROPA link
above and send us an email. Include the item(s) you are ordering,
the method of payment, your email address, and name and shipping
address, and contact telephone number. We will call you back for
credit card details.

| We are proud to offer FREE
SHIPPING in the continental United States via UPS ground service on all regularly priced
orders over$200. Please email us for
shipping charges on any specially priced or oversized merchandise.
All domestic orders will be shipped by UPS ground to arrive
within 14 business days, unless
otherwise specified. If there is a delay of 30 days or longer, we
will notify you. Occasionally, items ordered together may be
shipped separately, however, you will not incur any additional
shipping charges.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. We also offer Priority Mail, Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day delivery for
some items. Please E-mail us for rates.
Delivery outside the Continental U.S. is available for an
additional fee-please contact us
for details.
Express shipping and gift
wrapping is not available for large and oversized items, or for
items sent direct from the manufacturer.

To keep prices as low as possible, some products are shipped to
you directly from the manufacturer. Delivery for these items may
take up to six weeks.
Damage in Shipment: We take every precaution to ensure that your
order will arrive unharmed. However, should damage occur in
transit, please retain all packing materials and damaged
merchandise and email us at info@evropashop.com. We will arrange for an
inspection by the carrier and upon my receipt of a damage report
by the carrier and the returned merchandise, will gladly replace the order as quickly as possible.

| Returns and Customer Service

Returns
If for any reason, you
are not completely happy with your purchase, you may exchange,
credit or refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee
within 14 days of placing your order. Please email us at info@evropashop.com
to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions, and return
the item to us, in it's original packaging, within 14 days of
placing your order. We must have your request in writing.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us
by email at info@evropashop.com
within 24 hours of receipt so that we may notify
the vendor immediately, and to obtain a Return Authorization
number. All products pictured on this website, as well as on the
individual vendor's web sites, may be returned within 14 days of
your receipt. The product must be unused and in its original
packaging material. There is a 15% restocking fee. All original
shipping and handling fees (the shipping and insurance cost of
items shipped under our free shipping policy) and all return
shipping costs and insurance will be covered by the customer. All
original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your
refund total in addition to the 15% restocking fee. No returns will be
accepted after 14 days from placing your order.
The following items do not qualify to be
returned for a refund:
- Custom orders - orders that are made
to order.
- Used or wired products including all
lighting products unless we were notified within 24 hours of receipt
that the product was defective.
- Any sale, discounted or discontinued items.
- Any orders shipped internationally.
Credit card refunds will be processed
after we receive and inspect your pre-authorized returned product
in its original condition. Credit card refunds will only be issued
to the originating credit card. In order to arrange for a return,
please email us within 24 hours of receipt of the product with the
nature of the return. We will email you instructions on how to
send the merchandise back to us.
